You know we've been on Hayling Island for eleven wonderful years now. Wow, time really flies by...

Sometimes my guests don't always realise what Hayling has to offer until they get here. It's only when they choose to come back and stay with me that they get to explore parts of Hayling that make their stay even more special.

	Prices are from £70 per night for a double room including our home cooked, locally sourced full English Breakfast
	Single occupants are charged from £55 per night, including breakfast
	If you want to book the whole house out on a self-catering basis, then you could have full use of the 6 rooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room, conservatory, pool, garden and barbeque area from £995 for the week
	Families may want to consider booking our family room, which holds a double bed and two single beds, for which charges start from only £85 per night including breakfast
	We are pleased to welcome well behaved dogs and owners in our cottage room
	All of our very comfortable rooms have an en suite bathroom, TV and tea and coffee making facilities
	There's ample, free, off road parking available on our front drive
